Carl Stiewe is a recognized expert with regard to building businesses through innovation, international growth strategies and business development. He successfully dealt with such challenges as an executive during his 20-year career at 3M and Beiersdorf AG and as a trusted advisor to many INNOVAND clients.

With the practical orientation of an engineer who figures out how things work and the critical eye of a manager who measures results, not efforts, Carl Stiewe has spent over twenty-five years asking, “What rejuvenates and sustains profitable growth?” And he’s been using the things he’s learned to stimulate remarkable growth for INNOVAND’s clients since 2002.

Carl Stiewe studied at Harvard University, where he earned an MBA degree. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a native speaker of English and German, with a working knowledge of Spanish. In his free time, he pursues his passion for sports, including bicycling, swimming and table tennis.
